It's amazing how an ancient spiritual practice can have a powerful effect on someone's lifestyle and their mindset. When i started to practice yoga in the summer of 2012, i didn't know what i was getting myself into. When i first heard of yoga, i thought it was another exercise at my local gym, little did i know that there was more to yoga than just a physical practice. When i first experienced my first yoga class, as the only guy being in the class, to performing most of the poses, i was amazed how this practice has changed people's lives for the better. In time as i kept going back regularly to the yoga classes in my local gym and making new friends along the way, including the instructors who've taught it, a hint of curiosity has sparked in me to learn more about yoga. In 2013 i saw an ad about yoga in my old neighborhood community during that time and i went to that class and meet the instructor who taught that class on that day in the summer of 2013. I was amazed how down to earth and creative she was with her yoga practice and, not only did it sparkle an interest to learn more about the spiritual aspects of yoga but also want me to learn more about her as a person and how yoga has impacted her life. Till this day in 2020, my yoga practice has evolved greatly and i have learned allot from my yoga teacher training and all of the classes I've went and experienced over the years and i want to share something beautiful that I've learned about yoga as a spiritual practice of creative growth.

The spiritual practice of yoga has existed for thousands of years, originated in the middle east and spreading it's practice over the years to different part of east as well. overtime yoga has a deep sense of connective mindfulness with our actions, our bodies and our emotions, strengthening them with our breath and movement. Overtime yoga has planted and spread it's roots around the world and it can evolved in modern societies today, but the original root of yoga are still practiced and respected by people right now who value certain practices of yoga to it's core with admiration & passion.
In today's societal culture, yoga has made an powerful impact and it isn't going away anytime soon. With all of the yoga studios, merchandise, trainings, and services that this spiritual practice has to offer, people can really benefit this spiritual practice if they're open to learning the roots of a certain practice they want to learn. Yoga can be more than just getting on the mat and perform a pose, yoga can help us align with our roots as human beings and bring about beautiful evolution in our own lifestyles. No matter which age, class, ethnicity, and identity we all express and come from, the spiritual practice of yoga alone can uplift us and be mindfully accepting of who we are and embrace that. Yoga can help us create space for ourselves and others in a way that we can allow ourselves to truly heal and unite in unity with compassion and mindfulness. you don't have to have the perfect body or the perfect lifestyle to do yoga, yoga is for everyone and all walks of life on earth and when we unite and mindfully evolve in love and kindness, we transform for the greater good of humanity, planet earth and be connected to god in our own way.
