The beautiful benefits of eating plant based on a daily basis

I'm no nutritionist or an expert of food in general but i love eating fruits and vegetables on a daily basis. Whether it's from ambrosia apples, kale salads or vegan substitutes for mac n cheese or spaghetti, i believe that any sort of plant that is from the earth that is essential for our health is so important to remember especially for our everyday nutritional needs. Sometimes when I gather with my yogi tribe & they create or purchase delicious foods from certain organic stores, restaurants or make them on there own and consume these foods my energy from the food feels aligned and well, my muscles are less sore, my heart & stomach feel less heavy and my mood is better and from consuming healthy & natural plants on a daily basis anyone's energy and vibe can benefit from eating and consuming plants. Our bodies are energetically linked to nature and we need to celebrate & respect nature on a daily basis and with our nutritional needs it is essentially important; whether you're plant based, vegan-curious, 100 % vegan or vegetarian, nature is our medicine and our home and today i want to share some benefits with you all that I've researched from eating plant based on a daily basis.

I truly believe that eating plant based can be very beneficial or ones health and anyone and i won't judge anyone i this doesn't suit you as well. We all have free will and we can choose what we want to eat for our nutritional needs & i want to share a link to a documentary called the game changers.
