If any of you have ever been in a difficult situation where your having a disagreement with someone that you know and they say or explain anything to you that gets under your skin and you react to it subconsciously and go to victim mode instantly ?....... If so then i understand where you're coming from. Sometimes the people that know us so well in our everyday lives can trigger certain emotions that we're subconsciously accustomed to and to be honest with you all it's really fucking hard to deal with these heavy emotions on a daily basis where we want to grow beautifully as men & women & for the last few months i have been working on being more aware of my subconscious patterns that i express on a daily basis and i have some helpful tips for people that are having trouble dealing with their subconscious patterns on a daily basis in their personal relationships.
Meditation & Creative writing
From my experience from recent blogs, podcasts and videos that i have listened to, read and watch is that meditative writing in your personal journal can help you feel more relaxed and at ease with yourself when we write down and express how we feel emotionally on paper or on a online blog format in a beautiful & comfortable atmosphere where it's possible for us to concentrate and feel at ease.
Setting authentic & clear boundaries
Setting clear boundaries doesn't have to mean that we should build a barrier between our wants and needs & from my knowledge and research setting authentic & clear boundaries with ourselves and other people can make all of our relationships smoother if we display the courage to do that with our actions.
Participating in creative activities
Participating in creative activities that can help us be aware & solve our unhealthy subconscious patterns can really be a major help to us on a daily basis & from my experience, knowledge and research any creative activity that we can do to better ourselves and step outside our comfort zone such as having authentic & intimate talks with our family and friends can help strengthen our relationships on a daily basis.
