I'm sure most of you know about essential oils and how awesome and unique they are. These compound plants bring us a gift that is truly beautiful and unique. When we're hiking in a forest or maintaining a garden full of fruits and vegetables, essential oils are all around us and they have a way of benefiting and supporting our emotions. Like any natural compound derived by nature, essential oils should be handled carefully and be respected as a plant and how it was created. They are some brands that truly appreciate and respect where the plant is from, how it is grown and work with the people in communities around the world and help build a better future for their people and bring hope and opportunities to their environment and lifestyles. Bringing it back to how essential oils can benefit and support our emotions, each plant has a way of helping us connect and understand certain emotions when we use them in a certain way. Some plants are more powerful than others and some are more subtle and calm and that's the beauty about these plants. They all have their own energy and magic and when we apply and use them safely, beautiful things can happen. So today i want to share many ways essential oils can help benefit and support our emotions.
Aromatic Use
When we're diffusing or smelling a certain blend of essential oil for the first time or the 2nd, Our brains respond to the natural aroma of the plant and our minds can possibly start to experience certain emotions. Whether you want to diffuse or smell lavender to help you feel calm and relax with our mind or diffuse & smell lemon to help you feel joyful and focused.
Internal Use
Despite how you feel about using essential oils for internal use, natural compounds such as lemon, lime and orange have been used internally for centuries to help support our bodies functions and these natural compounds are still used till this day. If someone does decide to use an essential oil that's safe to consume, i recommend to use the "less is more method " because these natural compounds are very potent and powerful, each essential oil is potent and powerful and shouldn't be abused and use in excessive amounts. Back to where it relates to how using essential oils internally can benefit and support our emotions, taking them internally can have a positive effect on our emotions in a way that our bodies functions feel supported and stable. Certain essential oils such as wild orange can bring creative joy in our energy fields.
Topical Use
Applying essential oils topically and safely when we're using an carrier oil or not can have many benefits not only for our bodies but for our emotions and energies as well. Whether you're using a certain essential oil in a personal setting or a professional setting. Depending on the essential oil that you choose to apply topically, these natural compounds will have a certain effect on your emotions in a way that you can experience your own desires.
