As the lock-downs continue to stay in place in today's society around the world, it's important for us to support our mental health. I understand that we have to social distance ourselves, clean our hands daily and wear our masks when we are in public spaces, but as a human being we shouldn't isolate ourselves from our loved ones and mother nature. Some may agree and disagree with what I've just typed right now and I'm totally OK with this. You don't have to agree with everything I say or do, but i do want to address the importance of our mental health and 4 useful strategies that can help with our mental health. Our minds and hearts are the driving forces in our reality and providing useful strategies, resources and tools with each other can go a long way towards a better mental health & fruitful relationships in our society and our lives.
