3 ways to show how we feel about our loved ones on a daily basis

I don't know about the rest of you but there is so much division going on right now in our culture & society and as a advocate of relationships & wellness I'm sick of all the negative patterns people display in the public eye. People continuing to starting wars & killing innocent people, men & women bashing each other online, creative artists dissing other creative artists and people pushing each other away & cutting them off completely. When i see those kinds of patterns on a daily basis my mind is wondering " how can i shift & change these patterns in a beautifully & healthy way with my actions " because as a human being I'm not an angel, a saint or better yet a superhero & i made my fair share of mistakes in my past and I've learned from them & healed from trauma that has effected my childhood & right now i have a urge to share my experiences and help people to learn to appreciate & connect with other people intimately again. Relationships in general shouldn't be so complicated yet we do make them seem that way sometimes but i also believe that we as a species can evolve & learn from each other, our mistakes and make things better with our actions & today I'm going to share & teach you three ways that we can show how we feel about our loved ones on a daily basis & help shift our negative toxic patterns into beautifully positive patterns.

Creating a comfortable & safe environment for our loved to feel appreciated & understood deeply as a creative being can strengthen bonds & also create more opportunities of intimacy on a whole new level.












Listening

When we start to listen to each other & come from a place of non-judgement & understanding and allow ourselves to express our perspectives with each other we create effective & healthy patterns where we can learn valuable insight and information that we previously weren't aware or afraid of learning.















Showing affection




When we start to show affection for our loved ones with our actions on a daily basis to show that we truly appreciate and care about them we allow ourselves to experience true intimacy and allow ourselves to heal our emotional & mental wounds from our previous experiences to allow ourselves to evolve & grow consciously as a human being on earth & raise our own beautifully earthly vibration.
