4 healthy habits and tips to remember for the new year

Since the new year is in full effect right now for all of us out here in the world there will be moments, memories and challenges that'll affect us positively and negatively. I have created a list of healthy habits and tips that have helped me with my overall health for the last couple of years so far and i wanted to share my knowledge with you all out there for this year and here is 4 habits and tips that have worked for me overall.
1. Try your very best - whether you're having a good or bad day always remember to try your very best to be yourself on a daily basis.
2. Connect with your joy - Do activities, hobbies or other actions that bring you ultimate joy to your consciousness.
3. Build healthy boundaries - Set healthy boundaries for yourself whether you are a man or a woman and protect your unique energies that you possess and set a healthy foundation for your needs and limits.
4. Be authentically free - Every human on earth has free will and there is no shame of feeling different from everyone else in society and on earth.
